Nicola Holman & Associates was established in January 2007, by Nicola Holman, who had been working as a company secretary in London since 2002, for a firm that specialised in tax efficient structures for cross jurisdiction deals.

Nicola Holman, in June 2007 received the Joe O’Sullivan award for Irish Corporate Law from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Nicola is currently completing her Chartering with the ISCA, having gained significant experience in the Channel Islands, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
